- To provide logo samples we need to originate your logo. Before doing so we are seeking your expressed approval first.
- The process involves digitising your logo for embroidery, or producing screens for printing. Both procedures carry costs which will be full explained before commencement.
- By completing this for you agree to pay all relevant origination costs as quoted. Should you decide not to proceed with an order all origination costs will still applied.
- Any amendments required from the original artwork supplied will be done free of charge. For any other changes further cost may be applied. To view all our terms please see our Conditions of Sale.
- Upon your approval the embroidery disc or screens will remain the property of Corporate Connection Ltd for future orderings.
- I have read this document and give Corporate Connection Ltd permission to reproduce our logo for the purpose of garment Embroidery or Printing.
